Drink Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces rum (white recommended)
- 3 ounces coconut cream (e.g. CocoReal brand)
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 ounces chocolate sauce (plus more to decorate the glass)
- 2 cups ice
- 1 piece pineapple and 1 cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, chocolate sauce, ice, and garnishes.
- Blend Ingredients: Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, chocolate sauce, and ice into the canister of a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Decorate Glass: Using additional chocolate sauce, drizzle the inside walls of your serving glass to create a decorative effect.
- Pour and Garnish: Transfer the blended mixture into the prepared glass and gently place a piece of pineapple and a cherry on top as garnish.
Notes
- CocoReal coconut cream can be found in the mixer aisle of most grocery stores.
- Chill the chocolate sauce before decorating the glass to help it drizzle easily and beautifully.
- Use a squeeze bottle or a ziplock bag with a small cut on the tip to control the chocolate drizzle.
- For an extra kick, add a floating shot of dark rum on top.
- To make a non-alcoholic mocktail, simply omit the rum from the recipe.
