- Slice carrots: Slice the peeled carrots into medium thickness coins—neither too thick nor too thin—to ensure they crisp up well during baking.
- Arrange and season: Place the carrot slices on top of the parmesan layer so they are touching but evenly spaced. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle salt, paprika, and onion powder to taste for added flavor.
- Bake: Bake the tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges of the carrot chips are mostly brown and the middle is golden brown and crisp.
