Instructions
- Prepare the cereal: Place 6 cups of Rice Chex Cereal into a large mixing bowl, setting the base for your puppy chow.
- Melt chocolate mixture: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup chocolate chips, ½ cup creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Coat the cereal: Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the Rice Chex Cereal. Gently stir the cereal until it is completely coated with the chocolate mixture.
