Instructions
- Preheat and prepare squash: Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Cut the ends off the delicata squash, then slice it open lengthwise.
- Remove seeds and slice: Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds from each half, then slice the squash into ½-inch wide slices.
