Description

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries thoroughly to remove any dirt. Hull them by removing the green tops and discard the stems.
  2. Prepare the Mint: Separate the mint leaves from the stems, discarding the stems.
  3. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, mint leaves, and water. Puree the mixture until smooth and consistent.
  4. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the puree into your ice cream or sorbet maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the sorbet is firm.
  5. Serve or Store: Serve the sorbet immediately for a soft texture or transfer to a freezer-safe container to store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
