- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries thoroughly to remove any dirt. Hull them by removing the green tops and discard the stems.
- Prepare the Mint: Separate the mint leaves from the stems, discarding the stems.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, mint leaves, and water. Puree the mixture until smooth and consistent.
- Freeze the Mixture: Pour the puree into your ice cream or sorbet maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the sorbet is firm.
- Serve or Store: Serve the sorbet immediately for a soft texture or transfer to a freezer-safe container to store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
- Use organic strawberries if possible for better flavor and sweetness.
- Wash strawberries by soaking in cold water twice, once before and once after hulling, to ensure thorough cleaning.
