Description

Sweet Cream Cold Foam is a light and creamy topping made from whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. It’s quick to prepare and adds a velvety texture along with a subtle sweetness to hot or cold beverages, enhancing your coffee or tea experience effortlessly.

Ingredients

Scale

Sweet Cream Cold Foam Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients. Add the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to a glass or an 8 oz. jar.
  2. Create Foam. Use a milk frother to whip the mixture until it becomes smooth and foamy, or alternatively, tightly close the jar and shake vigorously until the foam forms.
  3. Serve. Pour the sweet cream cold foam immediately over your hot or cold beverage and enjoy the rich and creamy taste.

Notes

  • Use cold ingredients for better foam consistency.
  • For a sweeter foam, increase the powdered sugar slightly.
  • Can be used on iced coffee, hot coffee, or tea.
  • Use whole milk as it froths better than low-fat or skim milk.
  • Store any leftover foam in the refrigerator and re-froth before use, as it deflates over time.
